A Fresh Start: Organize Your Work Space

Having your work space set up optimally is foundational to being productive on greater levels. When certain conditions are present, you become more attracted to the space and drawn there naturally. It also allows greater accomplishment as you are able to focus on your magic with all your tools at hand.     Here are some step-by-step tips I've found that help me be my best: Step 1. Totally Reorganize/Pre-Organize. Clear out your old stuff to create space. To get started, freshen up your area. Schedule an evening or weekend to box old files or shred them. Simplify and let go of what you don’t need and haven’t looked at for years. Only keep current files in one central box or cabinet that is easily accessible and near your workspace. Think bigger than you ever have before. Create a tornado effect followed by the world’s best clean up/restructuring crew. “Next to the dog, the wastebasket is your best friend.” ~B.C. Just One Step at a Time

Life is challenging. At times it seems like a test - or perhaps a final exam. It can feel like a culmination of your previous lessons where everything is on the line and every move you make is extremely important. At these pivotal points - and sometimes in our regular daily active life - it can seem impossible to make it. Or perhaps not worth the trouble. But these challenges are the exact things that we need to grow. As we master our smaller lessons, they get bigger and may seem impossible at times. It's important to trust, especially when everything is on the line. Notice it always works out somehow. Check your faith and your "talk" or ideals. While you're at it, step more fully into it. "Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see". ~ Hebrews 11:1 Although you can't always see how everything can work out, you often can see the next step to take. There may be several options and it m...

Six Great Ways to Vent Your Frustrations

We all have ups and downs to life. How do you deal with the downs? Do you numb yourself and avoid them? Or do you find the hidden gift held within them?   Each time a painful emotion is felt, it provides an opportunity. Pain gives us the gift of growth in a hidden package. Something is shouting out for a change. If we pause and open this gift, a great secret of freedom and love can be revealed. Sometimes when the pain is large enough, we have no choice but to look at it anyway. My largest pains have helped to open the greatest growths in my life. Hey, it’s worth a shot, right? Finding a healthy way to vent can even help to relieve anxiety, something more and more of us are suffering from in these times. Those who don’t find a healthy way of venting often stuff it inside until they explode one day or get into the habit of finding ways to numb themselves, such as eating. Venting can help to truly relieve stress, which is known to cause many ailments and “dis-eases” in our bod...

Embodying Spaciousness and Mac Clean Up Tips

Autumn is ideal for harvesting and creating spaciousness. I am embodying this in many ways. Spaciousness is the highest priority in my life personally right now. I went from feeling like I lived on an empty field in life (painfully empty) to now being blessed with a full harvest… however this harvest is too much! Now I realize this is much more than I want to maintain. I need time in life to simply enjoy it all more. So I’ve let go. I’ve reduced the amount of time I spend “working” on one creative project or another and am now enjoying the freedom of space. I have a basic weekly template, which provides room for everything important to me. My days are now much more open for time to just be. I feel free. I’ve reached a healthy and fulfilling balance of moving toward my goals and highest aspirations while staying on top of regular duties of life. I’m also going through a six-week O C E A N with Ejuva cleanse right now which is really bringing the process into my whole conscio...
